    I was hoping to increase my burn, but I've been told I'm overtraining, so I'm going to cool it off and reduce my goal to 5000 In the hopes of breaking this damn plateau!

    I'm new here, but this place is awesome! I have been working on my weight (by myself) :( for a year now and have worked myself into a rigorous workout schedule, I'm doing stamina building this week, so I've been shooting for 7000! Here are my notes for this week so far!

    Weekly Goal: 7000

    Monday: 2105 - Elliptical: 2.5 miles in 30 minutes - 5mph, Mountain Bike (on road): 22.4 miles in 91 minutes - 14.77mph

    Tuesday: 1139 - Elliptical: 2.4 miles in 30 minutes - 4.8 mph, Mountain Bike (on road): 9.5 miles in 37 min - 15.4mph

    Wednesday: 2065 - Circuit Training: 30 minutes (arms, chest, back), Elliptical: 1.25 miles in 15 minutes = 5mph Mountain Bike (on road): 11.25 miles in 46 minutes, 2 minute sit time, 11.25 miles in 46 minutes = 14.67mph riding, 14.36mph total

    Thursday: 1213 - Elliptical: 1.25 miles in 15 minutes = 5mph, Circuit Training: Shoulders & Abs, Mountain Bike (on-road): 10 miles in 40 minutes = 15mph
