Running, walking and stationary bike are my main calorie burners but I'm starting to do more toning exercises as I get close to my goal.0 -

After sitting sideline for 6 months due to a surgery I am re starting P90X (mainly for the weight lifting) and taking a spinning class.0

I wish I could run b/c I see so many ppl on MFP do and I know it's an awesome calorie burn but my knees are horrible. Good luck with your summer running program.0 -

I'm not pleased with my weigh in this morning. I only lost 1 lb when I should have lost 2.2 lbs. It has been a very eventful week. I have a new grandson! yay! My youngest son has had to move back home because of financial struggles and of course today is Easter. I have made some bad choices this week and I regret that.
I'm not going to kick myself for slipping. I'm picking myself up and dusting myself off today and I'm entering this new week with more determination than ever!0 -
