    Bumpity bump!

    Thank you for the advise. I love this and in my short experience running it's so true! I'm up to 23 minutes running and pushing to try and be able to do a 5k (so far only managing just under 2 mi. in that 23 minutes.) I've ended up dragging a friend of mine into running and she's enjoying the challenge and another friend will be joining us for the first time tomorrow. Yay!
