Well I can tell you that your pictures did come up and they look nice. I want to congratulate you on your weight loss so far but without before and after I cant tell you if I see a difference, lol. Not really sure what you want for an opinion :S0

Without a height I can't really suggest anything. http://www.mybodygallery.com this website was posted a few days ago and it helped me figure out where I wanted to be. You can put in your height, weight you are interested in, and body shape and it will give you images of what people in those settings are. I found out that if I reach my dream goal of 130 I probably would look alright but if I was 160 I wouldn't be satisfied. The decision on your weight is completely yours, all I would suggest is something healthy for your height.
As for exercise, I love the 30 Day Shred DVD, it is a great cardio exercise and it will give you results if you do it faithfully. Walking/running also good. If you like it, try dancing it's fun and affective.0
