    Okay, started at 248.5
    Weighed 243 yesterday
    That's 5.5 pounds.

    Only bad thing is I was down to 241.5 but bumped up a little on Friday & Saturday. Don't want to know what Easter did to me!!!

    Time to get moving

    On track for my first week so far (despite some naughty slips for Easter). Another 7.5 to go over the next three weeks.
    Will probably start weighing in on Saturdays from now in though as that's my preferred weigh in morning.
