What is your UGW? Like at what weight are you striving for, and think you will be most comfortable at? I'm just curious For me, 135 pounds would be perfect.

My goal is 150. That's the lowest I've ever been. Then I'll go from there. I'd like to be 140, but I think after 150 I'll concentrate more on inches than my weight. I currently do strength training 3x a week but I think I'll get more into it when I lower my body fat.0

I would love to be 130, but I striving for between 140 and 160.. I have a long way to go....0

My goal is 130, but I have kind of been hovering between 135 and 137 for awhile now.0

Right now my goal is 150. When I was 150, I was curvy in all the right places~! I might go lower but I have larger bones so I look a bit silly at 130.

maintaining my goal weight between 135 and 132. perfect.0

150. my lowest was 175 and i was starting to see ab definition. I think 15 less than that would be good and healthy but still curvy. I have a bigger frame too so i think if i went to the low end I'd look odd. Who knows though.0

I don't have a weight goal anymore. I'm at 130lbs right now and happy there. I'm working on a recomp so that I continue to burn fat while I maintain & increase muscle. So at this point I pay attention to change in inches rather than the scale.0

My goal right now is to get below 195...my weight in 8th grade I would like to be in the 140s i think but I have a LONG way to goal as my current weight is in the high 200s1

Would love to see 150 again,, I was there last year at this time, however , with menopause hitting me,, the weight started creeping back on,, but I am determined thru running and eating right to get to goal when my body is ready to let me0

i'm 5'8" and i am about 132 right now. For me, I've found that it's easiest to maintain at about 140, and anything under that is really hard, and I constantly have to fight and watch what i eat all the time and be pretty strict. The lowest I've been is 127. I look pretty much the same at all the weights though! Kinda weird! I think anything under 145 is VERY fit/slender (perceived by others)0

I agree with the other post too " I look pretty much the same at all the weights though! Kinda weird!" It's mostly just the stomach and arm I am concerned about. I am looking at 135 too. My max weight is normally 147, for summer I want to be around 135-140. Good luck!0 -
this is my fear!! Im afraid ill get to 135 then have to basically eat like celery and carrots for the rest of my life to stay that way ha ugh0

My dream goal weight is 135. I started at 263 several years ago and I'm down to 229. I'm determined to make it, despite how long it's taking me.1

Anywhere between 130 - 140 lbs!0

I'm striving for 155. I use to be 139 years back, and hated it. I thought I was too skinny. Always wanted to gain a little. So 155 is where I'm comfortable.1

im 5'8" and 145ish was perfect for me. not hard to maintain, just hard to get there!0

thanks for all of the responses guys! this may be a dumb question, but how can you tell if you have a smaller or larger body frame? I remember reading somewhere you can like measure your wrists or something like that, although that doesn't really make sense to me. is it something you just kind of know?0

I'm 5'6" and I prefer how I look and feel at about 110ish.0

My goal is 150. But I'd look pretty darn good at even 160. I don't mind the curves when they're in the right places!0
-
I think I'll be most comfortable around 160 to 170. I have a pretty athletic build and larger frame so if I go any lower than that I'm afraid I'll look rediculous. Plus, I was 180 in high school, I played all kinds of sports and had just the right amount of curves So a bit lower than that and I'll be totally happy.0
-
right now I am thinking 150 - but I might change my mind once I get there. Or not. I have weighed 130 (I was very much younger then) so I know it's possible. I want to get to a healthy weight that is not too hard to maintain. Time will tell, I guess.0

Yes! i was eating very very little when I was around 130 (for about 6 months). Then I stopped caring and kinda went back to my old ways, and I ended up gaining back about 10 pounds, so I rested around 137-140 for awhile (4 months), but I was netting like 2400 calories a day. So it wasn't that hard to maintain lol.
You can get there and see what it feels like for you! Everyone is different!0 -
My goal is also 135lbs Add me if you want!0

My goal is 135. I have a small frame, small wrists, tiny fingers so I should be at the lower end of the range for my height.0
-
Originally I was going for 125. I'm at 137ish right now and feel great, so I'm wondering if that'll be too low. I don't know when I should stop losing and just focus on toning up some more. :S0

I don't know about measuring... but I have big shoulder bones, always have. And I've been lower than 150, I've been 125 when I was sick many years ago and I looked like a bobble head! It just didn't look right on my frame!
