    Proof that weight can remain the same, but your body can change massively! I've been trying to stay calm while the scale remains stagnant with increased effort at the gym, but I know my clothes are fitting differently from lifting weights. I know it is muscle mass.

    I wish you would have taken before and after body fat percentage! That's the result I'd like to see! How much muscle and fat changed! Did you take measurement by any chance?

    I think that is absolutely amazing. The difference is so marked, it's hard to fathom that the weight is the same. I'm happy that you posted this for people who let the scale rule their lives as the only measure of progress.
