Ok so i am a member of fitness first and they do a class called body pump, but my problem is I have no idea how many calories I burn because there's no option on fitness pal for weight lifting at reps, right? Confused

Best way to get your calories burned is getting some sort of a heart rate monitor. Every person will burn differently depending on their weight, fitness level, the weights they use during class, etc. Some could burn 250 and some could burn close to 500. It really depends. I myself have done that class and my lowest was like 258 but I've also been as high as almost 600. I'd invest in a HRM.0 -
