Going back and looking at my old Facebook photos still blows my mind every time I go and do it. I love that I don't have to hate how I look in photos anymore, I'm happy, healthy, and feel beautiful in my own skin. I just wanted to share!

Thanks everyone! MFP has helped me so much, it's truly an honor to be a part of such a great and supportive community. You look great! What kind of diet have you been on?
I try to stick to around 1200 net calories today, no red meat, and two servings maximum of bread every day. I really focused a lot on strength training right from the beginning which has helped me because when I got rid of the fat, I had some nice, sculpted lean muscle waiting to be seen underneath! Feel free to friend me and take a peek at my diary entries!0 -
