Ladies, are your boobs shrinking?

When I lose weight, my boobs shrink. I do like that they are not as pendulous as before, but I will miss my new D's when I am back down to a small C cup. (Click on my profile to see the comparison in the same bathing suit.)

I really want to know if this has happened to you already, and what did you do or how did you react to losing body fat and having a smaller cup size? Just curious.

I've gone from a C/D to a B/C and noticed they're still shrinking. It sucks since I don't have enough boobage to balance out my lower half. Not much I can do about it.

Yes!! And it kind of upset me b/c I was a full B and now I'm barely a B. I couldn't afford to lose them :(
  • my DD's have turned into D's. If you're unhappy with it you should try building up your pec muscles, which would lift them up and essentially make them bigger because they're resting on a bigger muscle. I'm in the process of that lol

The cups of a 38F are way bigger than the cups of a 32F, even though they are the same cup size.

    Guy here with truth about moobs;
My moobs are definitely shrinking and they're a bit perkier, hoping they will be gone completely soon. Losing my moobs and finding my chin lifes good.

Same cup size. My total weight loss was around 25 lbs or so. So, I guess it wasn't that drastic to cause a boob size change?? Not sure.

Dear extra fat in my body, you have 2 options: Make you way to my boobs, or GTFO!

    I used to be a 38 C/36D at Victoria's Secret, and now I'm a 34D, and my boobs HAVE shrunk. I used to be a large C/small D, and now I'm a large B/small C. I'm a 34D not because my boobs are D sized, but because that's a sister size to 36C. :p

I HATE that my boobs have gotten smaller...it sucks. I just wear a padded bra and pretend they're the same. LOL.

i'm hoping mine do shrink. i'm an ample DD and hate that it's so hard to find clothes that fit me and bras because the larger sizes areless common and tend to sell out. not to mention i'll be happy to loose the acompanying back pain!

So far, I've gone from a 38DD to a 38D cup. My Boobs are always the first to go. It feels better to have them smaller, but it's sad that the only "acceptable" fat on a woman is always the first fat to go when I lose weight.

I always say...it is a small price to pay! And some of us think C is perfect and B is our small size. I was only ever a D when I was fatter all over...so my proportions stayed approximately the same. No point in having bigguns if they are surrounded by fat.

I think so. I probably will need to go for a bra fitting someday soon. I'm still a C but maybe smaller.

Sadly. Bras are fine but they just feel smaller and the boyfriend commented on them too.

I've never had a large chest. Even when I was overweight, they were a C (possibly could've pulled off a D). They've shrunk a lot recently (I swear I woke up one day and they had gone down a cup size). Now I think they're a B :grumble: . I try not to think about it, but I really wish I could keep them at a C and still be thin. :frown:
  • When I was at a healthy weight I had D boobs and so I'm sad that I will be down to a D cup from DDD :(

    I wish, when I`m at my goal weight I`m still a 34G.
  • Yes, I went from a D to a C. It's not always about the size....they were bigger before, but now they're more firm, and my boyfriend definitely likes them more ;) my bra fits more comfortably too.

My boobs are indeed making their way out ;_; I never used to admit it to anyone, but I was a DD at 160 pounds. Since I was in denial for such a long time, I have a bunch of bras that are C-cups...and now I'm having a hard time filling them. It's kind of unnerving, especially since they've been large for over half of my lifetime :P

I've been told this too! My bf, and my best friend (LOL), both said that my boobs looks better now that I've lost weight. They're definitely as firm as ever, which I'll gladly take if I can't have big boobs. I'll take firm and medium size boobs while feeling confident in my body over being 50 pounds overweight and having only slightly bigger boobs!
