      That's awesome. I started insanity with a friend (back in September)and in 1 and half months I lost 16 pounds (I also went running after videos). I stopped for a while had knee problems but now I'm back on track and cant wait to see results, I'm 2 weeks in right now.

      I've tried Insanity twice, first with my fiance and then again on my own. Made it 2 weeks the first time and 4 the second. Congrats on finishing it, that's awesome!

      I have been watching the infomercials and I got the impression you have to be in pretty good shape to even start the insanity program. Did you guys workout on a regular basis prior to starting the program ?
