30 day shred !

I tested it out today , and for anyone thats already started , what do i track it under in cardio ? i dont have any idea of how to know how many calories i burned doing this .

I have seen this asked before. Everyone also says.....log it under circuit training, so that is what i have been doing. Good luck!!0

Circuit training or if you have a heart rate monitor, you can make up your own title & calories. Good luck with it! I'm on level 2 right now and it is getting easier. I still don't enjoy it!0

first i logged it on under circuit training, gerneral now i logg it under calistenics it fits the description of the exercise better.0

Im on day 6! Love it so far! For now just do it under circuit training untill you can get yourself a heart rate monitor
You can add me btw if you need more motivation. I have alot of 30 day shred buddies.
