    No exercise for the entirety of this time, as advised by doctor after suffering a moderate groin strain. Have been counting the calories like nobody's business (today has been bad).

    Still, at least I'm not gaining any..... hardly inspiring stuff though eh?

    Friday, April 6th: 167.6ibs (had gone down to 167lbs exactly on weds,but did an extra,different workout yesterday,& bit sore,so think i've got a bit of water rentention going on,happened my first week after starting exercise too)

    Apparently I was eating really bad, I just switched over to eating healthy and less(not a lot less mind you) and dropped drinking Soda. It seems to be working, but here is hoping its not just water weight.

    I only weigh on Friday, Saturday and Sunday so we should be good! (I started strength and I do it during the week, so I have been seeing a little water retention)
