    It was a rought week towards the end. I had a teething baby who wouldn't sleep more than 2 hours at a time and a sick hubby. I did great on the water challenge but didn't quite make the exercise challenge. My daughter didn't want to be in either the stroller or ergo and I didn't make it out walking/running with her over the weekend.

    I averaged about 12 glasses a water a day (I think I may actually be floating right now) and burned 3606 calories. My legs still ache from yesterday's workout.

    Starting to get a little frustrated with the 190's as they've a tighter grip on me than all the previous "decades". I'm weighing twice a week now because I'm doing a similar challenge at work, and seeing the water fluctuation is bugging me. Oh well, progress is still progress!!

    I did very well this week but I think most of the weight off is water (I had eaten at restaurants a lot during the Easter weekend and indulged in a little chocolate... ahem... ok maybe a lot of chocolate:grumble: ).

    But it's still nice to see the pounds going down :laugh:

    I am really happy I lost weight this week. I started walking 4 miles during my day at work. One mile on my 15 minute breaks and 2 miles on my Lunch break. I am feeling really motivated to lose week again, before I was sorta drifting, but I kept getting on MFP in hopes I get that motivation again! Which I think I did!

    Well--I'm not surprised between the things I've been eating (too much sugar) and TOM. This number won't define me, nor deter me! Next week BOTH the sugar and the TOM will be gone so I am expecting an outrageously GREAT number next week!

    Not much progress on the scale this week, but I made it through a fairly rough weekend without going too far overboard. I re-measured myself this morning and I've lost 3.75" in the past month, so I'm very pleased with that! :D
