It was a rought week towards the end. I had a teething baby who wouldn't sleep more than 2 hours at a time and a sick hubby. I did great on the water challenge but didn't quite make the exercise challenge. My daughter didn't want to be in either the stroller or ergo and I didn't make it out walking/running with her over the weekend.0 -

I averaged about 12 glasses a water a day (I think I may actually be floating right now) and burned 3606 calories. My legs still ache from yesterday's workout.0 -

I did very well this week but I think most of the weight off is water (I had eaten at restaurants a lot during the Easter weekend and indulged in a little chocolate... ahem... ok maybe a lot of chocolate:grumble: ).
But it's still nice to see the pounds going down :laugh:

I am really happy I lost weight this week. I started walking 4 miles during my day at work. One mile on my 15 minute breaks and 2 miles on my Lunch break. I am feeling really motivated to lose week again, before I was sorta drifting, but I kept getting on MFP in hopes I get that motivation again! Which I think I did!
