Mandamommy I noticed your numbers seemed a bit off so wanted to point it out to you so you can be happier about how close you are getting to your 4%
The formula is:
(Start Weight - Current Weight) x 100 then divided by your starting weight.
So: Week 1 should look more like: {(198.2-197.3)x100}/198.2 = .45% total so far
And your week 2 should look more like:{(198.2-195.8)x100]/198.2= 1.21% total so far
