For store bought, I like Litehouse yogurt ranch: 60cal and 5g fat per 2 Tbsp.

For homemade I mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, garlic, honey and seasoning for a vinegarette, or plain yogurt, red wine vinegar and seasoning of various kinds for something creamier.

How about you?

We quit using store bought about a year ago, but most of the Ken's brand dressings are pretty good and fairly natural.

I usually just mix salt, pepper, brown mustard, tomato paste, anchovy paste, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Store bought: Ken's Parmesan Peppercorn Lite (or regular...they're both really good)

Home made: fresh lime juice, olive oil, vinegar, cilantro, tiny minced onions, pinch of Goya adobo powder.

I like just salt and pepper. I'm a huge fan of creamy dressing (I love ranch), but that's so horrible for me, I'd rather just skip dressing altogether.
