    I think I posted this on the wrong thread...so here it is! i got the water in but still struggle with the exercise. Spent Saturday walking around NYC so I think that helped with the loss this week.

    I had actually made a little more progress but had a rough weekend and it set me back a little. The next two weeks are going to be tough as well - traveling for meetings and going to be around a bunch of unhealthy food...

    Good morning all...for the mini challenges this week I managed to drink at least 8 cups of water 5 days out of the 7...total calories burned through exercise 1508.

    Thank you Kirsten for the water challenge, I really think that was the key to the best weekly loss I have had in a long time! You can bet I will be keeping that up.

    To all those that lost this week...well done! To those that did not...do not despair, you will have a great week this week! :drinker:

    mid week i went down to 163, then went back up by today, I don't like excuses, so I'll just say some grief has rearranged my priorities this week and put a lot of booze in to my diet. Getting back on track this week.

    Over ate on Easter plus two more days... Had my monthly date, with one of my daughters, on Saturday and we shared Cheesecake Factory. I ate little enough, and exercised enough, that it fit within my green numbers but still... Next week my numbers will definitely be better. :-)

    "Please post your weigh ins with the format I originally gave. It is SO HELPFUL to me so that I can find you easily in the group you're in. Otherwise, I have to check every group and with 130 people... you get the idea... Thanks!

    It's been a tough week - spent the weekend with my sister, and had way too much wine. It's a new week! However, I just learned of a death in the family, which will necessitate out of state travel. More challenges!
