    What an amazing transformation! You have inspired me to focus more on exercise. I do really well with the healthy eating--don't even have to try any more because it's second nature now--but the exercise ... I'm not nearly as dedicated. I give myself excuses--my age is my biggest excuse, then time, and so on and so on--but your results are ... WOW! Thank you for helping me set a new goal, and CONGRATULATIONS on all your hard work! You do look amazing!

    Thanks so much for being the inspiration I need to keep on going today! I know that it requires hard work and I"m really good at starting the work but not a good finisher. I'm so tired of failing again and again. Thanks for showing me that consistency does pay off!!!!!! You are truly inspiring. :o)

    Okay, now that was inspiration I needed! My measurements are almost the same as your before. So glad to see that it doesn't happen overnight and, if I keep to it, I will get there. So often we want that overnight fix which is so unrealistic.
