Mine is simple and really great for you..I drink it most every morning for breakfast. I use Keifer (it is a yogurt drink with at least 10 live cultures instead of the standard one in yogurt)
1 cup frozen fruit
1 cup Keifer
Blend and it is amazing and super thick like a milkshake! Delicious! I can not speak enough good about the health benefits of Keifer.
Find it in your yogurt section in a tall bottle, the most popular brand is Lifeway or in the Organic Refrigerated Foods section. I get the Strawberry Banana! They also have blueberry, pomegranite, plain strawberry and many more.0 -

Every morning I split with my boyfriend:
1 Cup frozen strawberries
1/2 Cup frozen blueberries, or frozen mixed berries (blueberry, blackberry, raspberry)
Approximately 1 Cup orange juice (I pour it in the blender until it almost covers the berries)
1/2 Cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt (Fage is my favorite)
super smooth and creamy!
serves 2.
Sometimes I throw in 1/2 cup oats for substance.0 -
I have a small smoothie blender.
I put in about 2 ounces of berries
3-4 whole frozen strawberries
1 rounded teaspoon of rite-aid orange flavored psyllium husk
top is off with orange juice
sometimes, I'll add in some vanilla yogurt if I have any around.0 -
I'm going to have to try oats!0
