Hi there! if anyone is on the short side and looking for friends/motivation on this, please let me know. Im 5'2" and in decent shape and work out daily and eat healthy, but need some motivation rather frequently - I have issues with "cheat days" as they turn into "eat everything that isnt nailed down". If you need advice or motivation I am here to help - I am always looking for new recipe or workout advice!

    I only wish I was 5'2" as I am only 4'11" so weight and clothes shopping is a never ending battle. I know how hard it is and have those cheat days too. I am trying hard to keep my motivation up which is why I joined this website. I have already lost 20 lbs but still would like to lose that last 10. Be glad to help share any ideas to keep us moving as I think that is key. Myself I am planning to get a personal trainer and bump up my routine to break this plateau.

    Guilty of being a chocoholic. :blushing:
    But I'm done with making excuses now, aiming to do a 1/2 marathon in September, so I'll be on here for a while seeking & giving motivation.
    Got 30 - 40 lbs more to lose.

    Hi joined today and only 5"1 and need to lose 40lbs, not very good at exercise but will burn my cals by walking the dog longer and at a quicker pace. easy you may say with an English springer spaniel but my boy was born with no spring and i may get one eye lid open when i say walkies but soon quickly shuts again LOL!

    Hii, im 5'2 and 126lbs, not over weight but looking to lose a few lbs and tone up! Jus started 30 day shred!
    I eat far too much chocolate and rubbish! Need to get strict and motivated!!

    I am 5'2'' I think... (I am used to cms). Welcome to add me if you like. I'm not really looking to lose much weight, just focusing on getting stronger and staying on track.

    I'm not very healthy, or fit, or anything, really. However, I'm working on it. :) I totally get you on the cheat days. The second I go over my calorie limit, that's it, everything I can find is eaten! Mind you, I made it through this weekend without binging, so I think I'm finally making progress.

    I am 5'2" and currently weigh 162 - Have lost 7lbs so far. I have around 25 more to go...But I have also lost some inches too....YAY!!

    I'm 5'2 too! Here for losing weight and getting healthy. Eating away from my house usually results in accidentally mainlining calories which is disheartening.

    I was off-track for a while and I definitely took some cheat days. I'm back on now, and looking for similar support. I've lost a lot of weight by actually recording!

    I'm 5'2" and have just discovered this site yesterday. I think I'm already addicted.
    I've always been quite healthy and fit but now that I'm getting near middle age, finding it harder to keep the belly at bay.
    I'm a bugger for cheating - my downfall is pizza and wine. So much so that last year I became tea-total and the weight dropped off rapidly. Now I've started on the wine again, it's hard. And I don't like spirits such as vodka etc that are less calories.
    For me, running is the best thing to shed pounds and keep the weight off. And I've just bought a pair of roller boots which I'm hoping I have the courage to use (I'm 37 and think I'm 13).

    I'm 5'2''-5'3'' (I'm actually not entirely sure...different doctors have told me different things. Figures). I've lost about 85 pounds total (not on MFP).

    I've dropped ALMOST 30 pounds, and am headed towards my last 20-25, all with MFP! I started January 1st at 183 pounds, and am 154 pounds today.

    I'm 5'2".5 also :) got around 30lbs to lose. Had lost 21lbs of this but its crept on again and i'm struggling!

    I am 4'10- and I need some shortie friends!!!
    5 lb. weight gain on someone our height is such a HUGE difference.
    It is so easy to put on the weight and yet so hard to take it off.

    I have exactly the same problem - 5ft tall and stuck at this weight! I don't really need to lose anymore, but ideally would love to lose just 2-3 more lbs to make me just that little bit more happier!

    Crisps are my downfall!

  • Hi everyone, I'm only 5ft 1" I am currently fluctuating between 144-142lbs, can never stay too long at the 142lb point. I think I am stuck!! I am aiming for 133lbs, which i dont think i will be getting there any time soon :( I am currently doing 30 day shred, im on day 18, so just over half way!! But Im not loosing any weight. Ive got a load of flab that shakes about when im doing my exercise and the CELLULITE X_X its shcoking. Im also working with a 1380 calorie in take per day. Please feel free to add me, give me tips, look at my diary etc. Whatever you want :)
