You are asking for honest opinions... right? I think you're skinny, but not at all healthy. You are exercising to the point of burning 1700-1900 cals a day and should be eating at LEAST half of those back, on top of a good amount just to keep you breathing! Some days you are only consuming 400 cals. You are starving yourself!!!! Eat! Food is NOT the enemy!!!!

Honestly, you need a doctor or nutritionist... immediately. This is NOT healthy. Good luck.

    ^^^^^this.
some days you are on MINUS calories which is seriously unhealthy, you should net at least your BMR as your body needs this amount of calories just to function or it will catabolize muscle - your heart is a muscle and by eating so badly you will damage yourself!!!
You also need to eat fruit & veg, eating only bread and processed cheese is no good for anyone, it sounds to me like you have an eating disorder and should see your dr or a nutritionist asap x

had a nosey at your diary, and its really not healthy. you only seem to eat bread etc, and your net calories arent anywhere near what your body needs. I would suggest you possibly see a nutrionalist for an eating plan that fits you if you can't work our whats right for you.

If you were taking in a healthy diet of whole food, fruits, veggies and proteins, maybe we could all say "sure, you're fine", but it's clear that isn't the case. I think your needs are well beyond the level of what can be handled by a few well-meaning posters here on MFP. Please consider seeing your doctor, a nutritionist or a counselor who specializes in eating issues.

    All the best to you...
    Here's to healthy choices.

I agree that you may have an eating disorder. You eat far too little, especially for your age and as much as you burn through exercise. I hope you take the advice to see a doctor so you can ensure you are healthy :D

1 multivitamin won't make up for what you're not eating. In fact I'm not sure is serious or not.

you seem to have your answer from the concerned posters here.

i have a question though...you are asking the question, and yet based on your progress bar, your intention is to go down to 122.
is this something you will still strive for after receiving advice here? if so, then like someone else said, you seem to be showing signs of anorexia and need to get yourself on a healthy diet containing vitamins and essential minerals and alllllll the things your body needs to function at a healthy level. you said yourself some days you feel weak...that's your body starting to shut down, man.
    healthy calories aren't bad!
I wish you luck, and hope you get some help with this.

Totally gobsmacked by your diary. Yes, you are too skinny and yes, your eating habits are very worrying. Swallow your pride and go to see a doctor NOW. You cant live on a few slices of bread and dairylea triangles every day....and no amount of vitamin supplement will make up for it! Sorry, but you need help straight away.

You must be kidding, I would love to see the protien levels in your blood.
    C'mon?
If you were to cut yourself, or get sick, there is NO way you could heal. I think you are severly malnourished, and if this is some kind of cry for help, than please ask.
No judgement, just get some fluids, get some protien, and see your DR. I know your kidney fuction is wrong, you are setting yourself up for osteoporosis, and destroying your liver. SEE A DR>

i am 5'7 125. i dont think im too think. xP

its different for males though i suppose.
you could probably use some muscle mass.

though "too skinny" is kind of subjective. if you feel that you ought to gain weight than do it.

i'm 5'6 about 112- 113lbs and can wear my 12yr old son's shirts LMAO ;-) as long as you are healthy ie: getting proper nutrition/calories I wouldn't worry about it. If you are really concerned see your doctor or just up your calories.

do you log everything you eat? i checked out your diary and in the last week you have only had one day where you have eaten more than 480 cals....but your burning over 1,000 cals a day. That is NOT healthy. Please please eat more. Your body can not function on that.

Two slices of bread and a triangle of 'Light' cheese for every meal? I know prisoners who eat much better. Please get some good advice before you end up in the hospital. Hate to lose you. =D

Ok I'll take a shot that you're not a troll. I think you need to rethink hitting a BMI target. Set a real body fat target and go for it. But here's the thing. Hitting a low <12% BF target probably will not happen for you until you stay on a weight training program AND you begin eating MORE food.

The scale is just a number, for the most part just let it go where it needs to go. Bodycomp is really hard to manage, eat more, hit the weights. The body will respond.

that said, Your diary does seem worrying. Bread and cheese wedges is not much variety and sounds very unhealthy. As does your calorie input/output.

You need to eat more vegetabubbles. There's no need for a healthy adult to take multivitamins.

I beg to differ. No need for a healthy adult to take multivitamins? Think again. Our food supply is so depleted of its nutrients and vitamins by the time it gets into our homes. EVERYONE should consume a good multivitamin in addition to eating healthy. If you're not, then you're not giving your body enough nourishment. Ask the top athletic trainers if they encourage their trainees to take vitamins and supplements and they will always say yes. There is absolutely nothing wrong with taking vitamins and supplements in healthy doses and in moderation. If anyone else tells you otherwise, then question why they are telling you that.
