    I originally lost a small bale of hay, but gained back the amount of chemical additives an average American consumes in a year so I joined MFP to get it off and get back on track towards my goal!

    although i calculated and i eat about 60-68 pounds of cheese a year and thats while eating healthy, so i would imagine when i was eating unhealthy it was much more

    I just started trying to lose weigth again but in the past month, I've lost a newborn baby....good thing I don't actually have any kids yet! :laugh:
