Where are all the 20 somethings?

Hello. I am 26 and want to loose 7 to 10 more pounds. I don't have a problem with drinking and partying because I do neither, but I do love to eat out and I love carbs and sweets. that is where my problem lies and what I need to change about my diet. I workout 5 to 6 times a week but the last couple of pounds are not coming off for nithng, I am loosing inches but I want to see the weight drop!0

I'm 24 and just joined the site today. I'm just starting out but I want to lose about 10 pounds. More importantly, I want to be more active since I normally sit at the computer all day for school and then I come home and read or play video games. I'm a graduate student, so something that's going to be tough for me is trying to eat well on a budget (although something that has helped with that is my favorite cooking blog, Budget Bytes--check it out!) and find active things to do that don't cost a lot of money. Any advice would be really helpful!0

26 here....i've lost 27lbs since the first of this year...still have about that much more to go...but when i do go out to drink I usually order diet coke and rum. rum has about 70 calories per shot. I just make room for it in my day. you can have 2 or 3 and not do much damage...and if you do happen to go over a little bit one day, who cares? losing weight is a slow process not to be rushed if you want to be successful and keep it off.0

I'm 21, will be 22 in July. I am pretty much at maintenance scale wise (only 3 lbs from the goal weight I had set). I'm just working on getting stronger, learning to run distances, & tightening up the belly, hips, & thigh area. Feel free to add.

I'm going to contribute nothing of importance or gain here. Only to say that I am 26 and good lord, this thread makes me feel old and sad when realizing that I now reside closer to the "30 somethings" group. How did this happen?!
You're only mid twenties! The twenty somethings still claim you! And anyways, you're as young as you feel0 -

I just made 26 years old last month and am a mother of a 3 year old boy. After birth the weight came right off, but I had trouble keeping it off (which has never been an issue before preganacy). I am getting married around Labor Day of this year and have another 10 pounds to loose. Over the past month I've lost 6 pounds. Not much of a party girl anymore, but i do enjoy a drink on the weekend which kills me with calories! That is my biggest challenge. About 2 to 3 times a day, I ascend and descend 10 flights of stairs while doing arm calisthenics during my breaks and lunch. I also use Billy Blanks Elite Bootcamp which comes with a workout schedule and nutrition/eating chart. It works GREAT for me!!! Best of luck!0
