Do you log your *ahem* activities?

Just curious....do you log your sex as exercise? Reality is you're active (one would hope!) and burning calories...so shouldn't it count as a form of exercise?

I don't count it because it is not something that I have started recently. So to me, that means that I have already accounted it into my Calories goals when selecting my activity level. I only count things that I am doing solely for the purpose of excersize.0

It's my understanding that sex does not give much of a cardio workout ... since a cardio workout technically requires raising and maintaining your heartbeat/pulse for at least 20 minutes.
I guess it would depend on the type, and the energy level, and length of the activity?0 -
Uh no. I log only real exercise. I view logging sex as a means to cheat on your calorie allowance and exercise. Get out and do real exercise, even if it's 10 mins of walking, you'll be in a better mindset and path to being truly committed to weight loss and fitness.0

I actually asked this question a couple weeks ago. The general consensus is that if it's a normal part of your life, daily, weekly, whatever, then NO. If it's something that doesn't happen often and you get a really good workout..lol...then yes. Some people called it rowing, some wrestling and one said "HIIT - Right Arm" I nearly pissed myself!
Some ppl are just aholes though and said why would you even think of logging it and a bunch of other stupid things.
