Okay okay here i go,
i take 2-3 stalks of celery,
2 tomatoes,chopped,
2 green chillies, you can add them as full or chopped.
and 1/3 bunch of cabage.
1 cap(bottle cap) of vinegar.
and fill it with that much water that it covers all the vegies in it easily..and remmeber its water u gona drink so u can keep water more..and let it boil for sometime, the time u see that all vegies are tender, its ready to use.
if you eat its veggies also then u can add some black pepper and eat.
.......any questions lemme know.
great to see you all0 -
its greaat to know..keep it up0

Watch and do this aerobic its simple, and its 10 minute you can repeat it 5 times...and it really makes you sweat.....its good.....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hNECyt6Bo0A
the best hting about the video is that the steps are repeated with very little change...so its easy to remember and follow.
good luck!!0 -

Snuck in a weigh in this morning and I'm 183.2!!! That means .2 or .3 more and I'll have made my 2 lb loss goal of the week! Yay!
I'm feeling a difference in the clothes I'm wearing as well. My shorts are looser and even my top is looser around my stomach!0 -
Well, my goal is to get back on track with working out.
So, my plan is to get back on a regular schedule of weights and cardio.
Also, drink water - 8 glasses a day.
Stay away from refined sugar.
I am however, finding great joy in having the Kashi Cereal, yoghurt and frozen mixed berries for breakfast and for a snack.
It's healthy, high in fiber, and very good!
I've notice that I am not having extreme spikes in my blood sugar levels.
I am also working to eat every 3 hours which seems to be helping.
I will not weigh until Sunday--so we will see!:drinker:0 -
