I had sodium. LOTS of sodium LOL.

I'm a creature of habit and have a "favorite" lunch:

    2 handfuls mixed baby greens
    1 handful spinach
    1/4 c. walnuts
    3-4 strawberries, sliced
    4 oz. diced chicken
2 tbsp. lemon tahini salad dressing

    YUM!

Two pieces of Nature's Own - Honey 7 Grain Wheat Bread (70 calories per slice) - toasted
A slice of cheese on each piece (60 calories each)
Homemade chicken salad on top of each piece (not a full serving between the two pieces but I just added it that way to air on the side of caution = 102 calories per slice)
    Sprinkle of chopped celery
    sprinkle of chopped red peppers

I had a fish taco: low carb wheat tortilla, 5 oz, baked cod, 1/4 cup fat free cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup sauteed peppers and onions, salsa and fat free sour cream.

Paired it with pita chips. yummy!

Rice, black beans, with a little salt.

Next time, I'm making it with jalapeno, tomatoes, and some cilantro. Maybe some onion and garlic too.

I also had a bowl of fruit.

Today I had an Avocado Burger. Super super good. 285 calories but filling as anything.

If you're looking for some awesome ideas (cause I was stuck too for a while and bored of what I had been eating) look into the cook book Hungry Girl 300 under 300. I swear by it and I seriously get every meal out of it. It's easy, 300 reciepes for under 300 calories. Each recipe breaks down your prep time, cook time and nutritional info.

    I love it.

Homemade White Bean and Ham soup with onions and carrots. Very filling and surprisingly low in calories. I just have to resist the urge to add cornbread or biscuits to the mix. :-P
