    Turkey burger with lettuce, tomato, onions, jalapenos and one slice of Jack cheese. Very Yummy!

    I cooked up some wild rice, french cut green beans, and peas and added it to a can of Chicken and Wild Rice soup! Tossed in a tablespoon or so of parsley, too. It was healthy and filling!

    My lunch wasn't very substantial... but we're low on groceries, so I had cucumber slices, (about 1/2-3/4 C.), 2 oz. baby carrots, Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Wedge (used as a 'spread' for my veggies) and a cheese-stick.

    Pathetic, right?

    MOST days I have a sandwich with Nature's Own Whole Wheat bread (50 cal. per slice!), cold cut lunch meat, cheese of preference(; , grapes/apple, chips/granola bar.

    Today I had an Avocado Burger. Super super good. 285 calories but filling as anything.

    If you're looking for some awesome ideas (cause I was stuck too for a while and bored of what I had been eating) look into the cook book Hungry Girl 300 under 300. I swear by it and I seriously get every meal out of it. It's easy, 300 reciepes for under 300 calories. Each recipe breaks down your prep time, cook time and nutritional info.

    I love it.

    I have been doing leftovers so today I tried Kashi's Chicken Florintine and Chobani Black Cherry Greek yogurt. Pretty tasty.

    Ive never put strawberries in a salad before but salads.....get boring so. i had just a cup of lettuce, 4 oz grilled chicken,1/4 cups strawberries, a little spinkle of reduced fat itlaian cheese blend and 2 tbls of low fat ranch....it was absolutly delicious! totally satisifed too.

    Oh it was! I made it into a wrap instead cause I'm not a big bread fan, used a low fat pattie and crammed it with veggies. So so good.

  • My lunch was pretty small actually. :) Had two small poached eggs and an apple. Not too bad.
