    baked turkey, soy milk, and 3 oz of trail mix and I was full for now lol

    I made a yummy 'pizza' for lunch today.
    Mountain Bread base
    Light ricotta cheese mixed with tomato pesto as the base.
    Lots of mushrooms cooked in garlic
    Lots of leek
    Some chicken
    Some low-fat cheese and parmesan on top.

    I really went to town on the cheese, but it is pizza after all lol. The mountain bread goes crispy and the toppings tend to fall off, but I don't care about that.

    a cup of cooked quinoa with 1/2 cup Betty Crocker recipe for Spicy Peanut chicken... One of my favorites!

    A can of tuna with miracle whip and pepper, a small red bell pepper, and a sugsr free jello cup in raspberry....waiting on my cup of tea now....But Ia m now looking for teh shredded chickn taco recipe!
  • Jimmy John's Unwich, no mayo or vinegarette dressing. Only mustard. Takes off 300 calories.

    I had half a cup of tomato soup that contained some whole grain rice- one of them fancy organic canned things I reckon. As well as a slice of jewish rye bread with some sliced deli-chicken and horseradish mustard.

    I had a ham and turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with honey mustard. This was accompanied by a salad with spinach, iceberg salad mix, dried cranberries, sliced green olives, and fresh mandarin orange sections. Dessert was a cottage cheese, sugar free strawberry banana gelatin powder, lite whipped topping, and pineapple chunks concoction.
  • I had a banana after my work out and for lunch going to be water, naval orange, and some yogurt.
  • A piece of Rye bread with tuna/avocado spread and mini carrots.

    Chicken soft tacos from Chipotle w/ rice, lettuce, cheese and tomato. Going to need an extra work out tonight but it was worth it! I haven't had Chipotle in months!

    I had a rather plain sandwich today it was yummy though. Wholewheat bread, turkey, lettuce, sundried tomatoes and jalepenos. NOM!

    24 teddy grahams, and a peanut butter chocolate chip quaker bar 100 calories. My son is driving in from college this evening and he wants to meet at Jalapeno Tree for dinner.

    Had a picnic! All 4 kids and I had veggie sticks, turkey breast and cheese on wheat bread with tomatoes and lettuce, fuji apple slices, and skim milk. Had to be able to make it to the park!
    Yesterday I made Hungry girl Fettuccine with fresh broccoli. Made with Tofu Shirataki noodles (best noodle substitute ever).

    Tuna with lettuce and tomato (basically a tuna salad) and a low fat tesco raspberry yogurt

    My breakfast was quite filling though :smile:

    1 slice of swiss cheese
    1 slice of bacon
    1/2 a 100 whole wheat bun
    1 tsp mustard
    1T catsup
    4 dill pickle slices

    A Ready Pac Santa Fe salad!

    Lettuce, corn, grilled chicken, tomato, a bit of cheese with a thousand island like sauce.

    280 calories of pure yumminess! :love:

    I had 1.5 ounces of shredded chicken, mixed with 1 tablespoon of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, on a whole wheat English muffin. It was 173 calories and DELICIOUS!!
