    Thank- you for the insight. I get so frustrated when I work hard and don't lose. I never considered all of the factors when I step on those scales. The one about water consumption was the one that amazed me. I'm on my way to the kitchen right now to drink a big glass of water!

    Thanks for the reminder. The scale has been known to make or break a day for me despite knowing that weight flucuates.
