    What did you use, or how you did it?
    food and workout?

    I did the 17 Day Diet and am still following it -- somewhere between cycle 1 - 3. i will do maintenace after i get to goal.
    Just basically a complete lifestyle change.

    Wow congratulations! You look amazing!

    I did the 17 day diet too and lost a about 17lbs. That diet taught me how to eat clean and healthy. Now I am doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution to lose the last few and tone up! :) And she is helping me build endurance and teaching me how to exercise and to get in the habit of exercising every day.
