RDA vitamins and minerals. Going over?

I've been keeping an eye on my vitamin and mineral intake and have noticed that most days I exceed the daily percentage. Most days I am 150-200% of my RDA for vitamin a, c, iron and calcium. As silly as this may sound, is that safe?

yea your fine, it just won;t get absorbed in the body and come out in your urine, my multi vitamins put me way over 100% daily values like several hundred over some vitamins. no worries drink water0
