    70lbs ..... WOW!!! You have done so well and I love your sentiments "this is a lifelong journey and I will not deprive myself of anything." and it "not being a race so be patient" ... very wise words and my feelings exactly.     I can tell a huge difference! You look great! I like that you used the same shirt in both pics, I liked seeing how much differently the same clothes fit now

    I can see the difference! You look great. And awesome outlook on it too - it's not a race, and no need to be perfect every day. I'm not - some days I have the rice crispy treat or the cake. I just make sure that I exercise a bit harder and get right back on the wagon.

    Wow congrats!! 70 lbs is my goal. Right now I don't feel like it is going to happen, but after seeing that I know it can. Please tell me how you did it. I kind of new and lost.
