Anyone else drink too much water during workouts and get naseous? Any suggestions? I don't want to cut back on drinking, but I don't like having to stop working out bc of getting sick either lol

sometimes i find if i guzzle the water, i get alot quickly and get nauseous thereafter, so try to take sips and ingest slower and a less amount each time, but increase the number of times i go for the water
does that make sense?0 -
never had this happen before.
what do your workouts look like?
how much water are you drinking?
are you eating beforehand?
trying to get a feel for why that could be happening.
I typically have 16 oz or so before I workout. Then a good 20-36 during.0 -
I hate to say the obvious, but drink less. It is possible to drink too much. Cut back a little and find a good middle ground.
How much are you drinking over what period of time?0 -
I drink 2 16 oz bottles during an hour workout. It had been about 4 bottles so I have cut back a lot:(0

I guess just try to cut back on water consumption while working out and see if thats truly the issue.0
