    Don't fall for the pressure. Coke's expensive, and you'll love it.
    DON'T take Kevin to prom. He's a douche and you will leave with a red hand print across your face and crying.

    Stay away from that 19 year old loser, no he is not cool just because he has his own apartment, he's just going to bring you down. Stop skipping class, don't use drugs, hug your mom more, quit smoking, start running - you will love it.

    You will not care about those girls in 10 years...STOP TRYING TO IMPRESS THEM. Also that shirt you wear that says "Cutie"...NOT CUTE.

    Eat more food...a balanced diet and fit body is SO much more important that fitting into a size zero- running track has already determined your legs are not going to fit a zero! Be proud of them!

    Your parents are a lot cooler than you think...in 10 years they will live 2000 miles away. cherish this time with them

    Walk and play with Scout more...he'll pass away while you're at school.

    Finally, focus NOW on your future- it'll be the present sooner than you realize.
