Turkey breast on whole grain, green and black olives, pickles, tomato, lettuce, mustard, lite mayo, and no cheese!

But...I talk so softly and Subway's always so loud and busy that the sandwich makers never hear my full order, so I usually don't get all of those said things on my dream sub!

I always get the same thing Teriyaki chicken with provalone on wheat with lettuce and pickles. Basically the only thing I've changed in my order since I've been working on losing weight is I no longer put mayo on anything.

I get the steak meat in a salad. I put the veggies I like in it and vinegar and little oil on top. I chipotle sauce on the side. I dip my fork in the chipotle sauce and then get a bite. It is so good and filling.

I order Black Forest ham on french bread, no cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, bell peppers, heavy on the olives, salt & pepper and olive oil. This works for me but it was hard getting used to the oil.

Usually turkey on honey oat with cheese, lite mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and banana peppers.

If I'm feeling particularily naughty I go meatball on honey oat with cheese, lite mayo, lettuce, green peppers and some parmesan cheese.

All depends on what else I am eating that day. That meatball sub puts a big dent in my day!

6" 9 grain wheat, turkey, lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, cucumber, jalepeno, black pepper and tada. No cheese, sauce, or dressings.

    -M

Sometimes I skip the turkey and go with roast beef or no meat and 1/2 cheese. If you ask for veggie they actually put on double cheese, hence the 1/2 cheese.
