It moves the thread up so more will see it, and it gets added to your "My Topics" up there ^^^^^^ so that you can find it later.0 -

I have found a lot of channels on Youtube with lots of workouts! Some are only 10 minute workouts, some have up to 30 minute workouts. And some of the 10 minute ones say you're supposed to do them 3 times through so you have the option of making them longer. Plus some with Zumba.

There you go! Hopefully somebody finds them useful. Plenty of videos. Just tonight I did a variety from three or four different channels. There's quite a few different kinds of exercise there.0 -

Welcome aboard! BTW, for those interested in BeFit, there's a thread for people doing it or interested in doing it:

Another freebie site with some cool workout info on it (not necessarily workout videos, but general info on creating a workout program and some lists of exercise, etc.) that I've become quite fond of can be found at

You might also check out your local library. Mine has loads of fitness DVDs one can borrow for a week at a time. I usually test drive my DVDs before I buy them this way:)0

Another variation on the online theory is check your cable provider. I know Comcast (at least up through September 2011) had an exercise section under Health & Fitness on the On-Demand that had a variety of different workouts, yoga, dance, strength, butts, abs, arms, etc0
