    April goal weight: 147

    So on 4/2 I increased my calories from 1290 to 1600 in an attempt to break thru a plateau. Not exactly sure that it's working, but I didn't gain this week, and my exercise hasn't been consistent since I increased my calories.


    * I must say that there is definitely a corelation between consistent exercise, water, and my weight. Big shocker there. I must kick up my exercise this week and get back to my normal routine.
