So on 4/2 I increased my calories from 1290 to 1600 in an attempt to break thru a plateau. Not exactly sure that it's working, but I didn't gain this week, and my exercise hasn't been consistent since I increased my calories.
* I must say that there is definitely a corelation between consistent exercise, water, and my weight. Big shocker there. I must kick up my exercise this week and get back to my normal routine.0 -

The last week in March, I started gradually upping my calories from 1400 to now 1790 (I'm 5'8"). Even though I didn't make the 5 lbs, I'm still super happy about my loss! Being stuck at a plateau and gaining/losing the same 2 lbs for months made me appreciate any loss at all.

I wish I could just figure out what I'm doing wrong. Nothing is different!! Well I added drinking MORE water but that shouldn't make me gain inches or weight should it?! It didn't before!!
