    I know, the interwebz can be so hurtful. Don't these people know that they are my only true real friends? I mean, since I joined here I've completely turned my life around and disengaged from the people I know in real life in exchange for my friends here. After I've fully devoted myself to these people they just throw me out like trash . . . that's it . . . I'm going to start interwebz stalking them, maybe harrass them, and don't be surprised if you start seeing their picture as my avi (via telescopic lens).

    Feel better and look at all of the support you are receiving. The people who choose to stick around and help you through this process are the people worth having around!!! Don't stress those who aren't there but be grateful for those who are! I hope that helped a bit. :) I'll be here for support if needed! Today is a new day, let's take advantage of it.

    I probably would not notice if people deleted me. I am here to support everyone's status who happens to be on the first section when I log on. If I do not log on in 8 hrs and u posted 6 hrs ago - I don't see it. I do have a life besides MFP.

    I'm assuming OP is just being silly with this post, but still. Do people really take the whole "friends" thing seriously? I hate seeing people on facebook or here with like 343545474453 friends, it's just silly to me.

    I keep people around (both here and on FB) who I consider friends (or family in FB's case) and on here I keep people around who are encouraging and who are taking their journey seriously.

    Try not to take it personally - it's not a reflection of you as a person. If you are having such a hard time there are low fee counselors everywhere. Remember, just like on any social network, the number of friends you have does not determine your worth.

    There's no need to get so emotional sweetpea. Have you considered HRT or Jack Daniels for mood enhancement, works for me (the Bourbon I mean).

    Sit yourself down with a copy of 'Steel Magnolias' or something and just have a damn good cry, you'll feel tons better. I hope this horrid period of your life passes soon for you.

    I wouldn't take too much offense to it! I took all the guys off my friend's list this weekend b/c my hubs and I got into an argument over the issue. He agreed to be more supportive of my things if I took the guys off my list. I miss the supportive comments from the ones I had to take off, but my marriage is more important!
