I just bought new whey powder, casein, amino chews, vitamin C (chewable of course!), multivitamin, and omega 3 chews.
I don't like fish, so I'm always worried about my omega 3 intake... and I tend to forget about vitamins unless they are yummy. So thats why pretty much everything is yummy ^^0 -

They're all different and you do need them all, but in pretty tiny amounts!
I take:
Vegan Omega 3
Calcium + Vitamin D and
Multivitamin + Iron
I feel a lot better for taking them, which means I wasn't getting all I need from my diet!0 -
I just ordered from a health site, multiple vitamins.and trace liquid minerals. I remembered years back I took a good trace mineral and my joints did not hurt as bad. My next purchase is going to be a veggie/fruit supplment, as I feel no way can I eat all the fruits and veggies i need each day. Right now, I am going to do the multivitamin, because especially when dieting, I know I can't consume all the neutrients I need. I am taking omega 3 fish oil capsule I keep in the fridge so I don't have any weird flavors come out later,0
