Food would be broiled tilapia (usually with some salsa verde) and the exercise is the elliptical since it is easier on my knees than running.

    Food~ Eggs
Exercise~ Any Jillian Michaels dvd (I've done 30 day shred, Ripped in 30, No More Trouble Zones, and I have 12 days left of 6 week 6 pack.) She may be annoying at times and you will hate her while doing her workouts, but she DOES get you results!! If you want to lose crazy inches and get toned....Jillian is an exercise must for you!

Ooh tough one as I try to vary my diet quite a bit.

Food: I'll say frozen vegetables because they allow me to eat a healthier version of whatever is cooked for dinner (half a plate of veggies, half of something else) and I don't have to fuss over preparing them.

Exercise: Running. I see the biggest difference in my health when I'm running. I snowboard too, which burns more calories as I do it all day, but that inspires me to have a beer, not be healthy.
