    Macronutrients - carbs, fat, protein

    1g of protein per pound of LBM (lean body mass)
    .35 times body weight for grams of fat
    Rest in whatever. Protein and fat target are minimums

    There are a few online calculators that can help you estimate body fat %
    I don't know mine for sure, but at 118 pounds I try to get a minimum of 100g per day

    I used this to calculate my BF% (which was painful to see) it seems to be a pretty good tool, though I'm not sure what all the site will be able to help you with...

    You need to do vigerous exercise that increases your heart rate. I've got a few I could show you.

    I am confused by you.

    1. Yu ask for macro help(i think you're the OP)
    2. You ask to calculate bodyfat
    3. You ask for improvment on your cardio.

    I can spit out any macro nutrient ratio for you, doesn't matter. WHat are your goals, how do you need help with your macros?

    2nd. You find your Lean body mass from your bodyat %.

    totalWeight * bodyfat% = pounds of fat
    totalWeight - poundsOfFat = muscle mass
    what are you trying to say ?

    about improvement stamina/cardio, do you want to race long distance, burn more calories, why you want to do this, what is your goal???
    i have lots of goals, i want to run long distance but be built hugeeeeeeeeeee muscles is this possible? can you spot reduce?
