    I weighed 260 when my daughter was born 1 year ago.
    Today I weigh 218

    My before was starting around 163lbs (I am 5'8). The two pictures are six months difference (July to Jan) I havent taken any pics since January though and have lost a little more weight than the pictures reflect! I have a 3yo and an 11mo.

    i am a mom of 3 boys (12, 10 and 3 yrs old). highest weight being pregnant 168lbs and highest weight non-pregnant 167lbs. I am 5'0".

    here are some before after pics on my most recent successful weight loss journey:

    I don't have any before and after pics, but after having my 2nd baby in October of 2010 I was around 187....currently I'm at 158. I've come a long way, but hope to get a bit further. My current goal is around 150. I have a three year old daughter and 18 month old son...
