After trying a bite:
Mine made 24 this size, each weighing in at about 73 calories each--I called it 12 servings, so 2 cookies for 146 calories. If you've never used stevia replacement before, I wouldn't recommend it in this. I only used 3/4 c of the cup for cup, and it was too much. It is quite bitter in the aftertaste. I'd either cut it to 1/2 or maybe do some stevia some splenda granular to cut back on the bitter. I love stevia, so it's fine by me... but I do notice the aftertaste more than when I have used it in other things.0 -
