    My hubby - he bought me some cute new pajamas when he was out doing the grocery shopping :heart:
    My cat - because she's totally bonkers and it makes me laugh
    The pain management clinic - it's amazing to have someone finally listen to me and sort out a long-term action plan to help me with the ridiculous pain I'm in
    Creating two new pieces in as many days - unheard of for me :laugh:
    Music - because it's awesome

    I am grateful for friends to whom I value very much
    I am grateful my hardwork is paying off. I feel great, body is changing (not a lot of weight loss) clothes fit different.
    I am grateful for music that soothes my soul
    I am grateful I have the opportunity and the luck to be where I am at today!

    My totally awesome wonderful life. My kids, my love and my job which I am lucky to have. Last but not least, my good, healthy body which I've put through some serious wear and tear over the last 45 years but am trying to treat better. Happy Friday MFP!

    :heart: im thankfull that my dog has health insurance as its running into £100s in two days and still have to go back
    :heart: im thankfull that my husband works nearly 100 hours a week so that my kids can have the extras like karate (starts tonight)and swimming lessons

    :heart: i am not lazy! ~i get mad at myself cause i try to do this and/or that, (be organized, eat healthy, etc...) and i'm not as good as i'd like to be, at most anything. but one this for sure, I'M NOT LAZY! my daughter pointed this out to me yesterday. woooo hoooo!
