I'm really done arguing about this.
The point being:
Starting Weight and Bodyfat% - 170 @ 17%
At end of bulk - 205 @ 15%
That is roughly 34-35 lbs of LEAN BODY MASS throughout his 14 months which is GODLY. And we aren't talking about his LAST 3 MONTH CUT CYCLE. So that's 11 months total time.
I don't know a single natural bodybuilder that can or has EVER done this...even in their first year of training...even at ages of the low 20's where testosterone is at their peak levels.
Anyways, my apologies for arguing about this and sabotaging your thread bro. I'll go on my merry way.0 -
Wow, great job!
The other guy is obviously jealous whether he admits it or not. Kinda funny he posted his own pics on your thread; sounds like something only catty women would do except he's not a woman. That's why reading his posts made me lol.
The OP has an interesting approach. Has anyone lifted for 2hrs a day?? then go back and do it again for another 2hrs??
He also added 35lbs of muscle. Which is a ton of muscle to put on in a year, According to lyle mcdonald he's a top fitness authority, a beginner can put on 20-25lbs max a year The OP almost put on double that. WHILE CUTTING BODYFAT. You need different dieting methods to put on mass and cutting.
These results are great results, obviously in 14 month time. You should understand where joe is coming from. I don't know if the OP juiced(took steroids) I really don't even care, either way he got some badass results regardless.
I do know if food if used properly and smart it can do some amazing things. What the OP does is over training a muscle, and then lets it rest for a week before hitting it again. Giving it room to grow. Also training different angles, he sees each angle as a separate muscle which is true for the most part. So there is a possibility the results are legit. As I said he got great results either way.
It's not that simple. Mimicking the training regime of a drug user is about the worst thing you can do.0 -

20 lbs is huge Pu, 10 lbs of lean mass with controlled fat is a good year I think -
You definitely can't build and cut, you can though control the BF while gaining (that's what I'm doing) but by it's approach, it's a very slow muscle synthesis process. I'd be happy to hit 5 lbs of pure lean mass in a year. Even the nutrient cycling doesn't prevent the fat from being stored, since we ALWAYS store fat, no matter what we eat, or when, you can't really predict how much of your surplus will be used for tissues growth, so every gram of fat that is not used will end stored. (I'm willingly excluding here DNL).
To the OP - where you cycling your nutrients ?0 -

I have to agree. His results are amazing. Not to say Joe doesn't know his stuff, because we all know he's a beast in his own right. But sometimes you just have to give a man some props, juice or not.
Congrats, you look amazing.0 -
okay ill repeat myself again..
the stats... in the profile... are old stats.... nothing.. to do... with the current!
At the beginning... you are not retaining water, you are not working out, nothing... u are "flat" so what you do is bulk.. cut.. record both stats..
e.g.
-first bulk 205lbs 15%bf (WAAATER WEIGHT PEOPLE NOT PURE LEAN MUSCLE MASS!!!!!! once again the body fat analyzer runs a current through your body and measures the resistance.. so depending on how much water you are holding is going to effect the BF% results.. SORRY DONT HAVE A bf% TANK I CAN HOP INTO EVERY COUPLE MONTHS FOR ACCURATE READINGS)
-First CUT 175lbs 7%BF this is your low water weight "dry dense muscle gains"
-compare results of your future or second bulks to the previous bulk as once again you are retaining water etc. so my results for second bulk: 210lbs 12%BF...
NOWWW!!!
-Compare results of second cut to first cut again your dry weight "dry dense muscle" 177lbs 4-5%
so EVEN if you compare my current "cut, dense dry weight and muscle gain" to my beginning weight not even the first CUT phase weight it added up to what a 27lb gain in 14 months(once again you say 20-25lbs is realistic so what im 2lbs off??)??? wtf are you b*tching about??
your weight, fat, your muscle, your water retention, and everything plays a role in BF% results and your actual so called muscle gains...
do you understand what im talking about now???
and what the hell does nutirtion got to do with a bodybuilder who is on steroids or not???0 -

I never said the OP used. His approach might be very feasible. It makes sense.
Can't agree more - results are amazing but incompatible with the timeframe if it's a natural work0 -

Okay i get it, i am still trying to understand 2hrs of weights, i get the angles, lets assume 3 angles per muscle. That's still 40mins per angle. How many reps/sets you do and how long are your rest periods??
5-6 sets 15-20 first warm up set then 12/10/8/6/6/ rest periods i dont time them.. once i feel like i have the power to go again i go again... usually the amount of time that it takes me to spot someone on a set and sit my *kitten* back down on a bench... lol0 -
I have only read the first and last page. I see there are some skeptics.
Quite honestly, that is the most amazing transformation I have ever seen. I don't care about the who, what, when, where and why's of it.
That is AMAZING.
Keep it up.0 -
whatever program you did, my hubbie needs to get on board. Can you say WOW!
Oh and BTW, I'm a nurse who has giving steriod injection therapy and let me tell you, steriods do not just build muscle without hard work!!! No matter if you exceed the medical dose or not. They are not a wonder drug for building muscle if you sit on your couch all day.0 -
you look amazing congrats on your transformation and good luck with your contest0
-
I like that picture. Quite inspirational one0 -
Dude! You are freaking amazing! Awesome job!0
-
Oh. my. GOD. Congratulations to you! If you don't win, I'd like to see the person who does. O.o0
