Ladies, how does the monthly affect your workouts?

I think it's perfectly OK to take a day or two off on the first 2-3 days of your period. I do notice that the more fit I am, the less my periods affect my ability to work out. But to go lighter on those first days is certainly a good idea--your body is doing something important and you should let the energy go there to do it. Interestingly, I don't cramp, but sometimes working out will stimulate some on those days.0

THe week before my cycle, I am worthless. Seriously. I want to eat evey salty and sweet thing in sight! Let's not even talk about exercise!!!!! The week of my period, I am fine. It's weird!
I am exactly the same way. The week before I can eat everything in sight and still feel hungry. It's horrible!0
