I love the finale (Who doesn't?). I like most of the actors. But much of the story seems dated and the handling isn't always subtle. It also makes me sad that sometime after the film Jennifer Grey felt she had to have plastic surgery because she was being told she looked too Jewish. The surgery rendered her unrecognizable.

back to the future....aliens...predator too many choices

Back to the Future was my choice, too. I like scores of '80s films (Choose Me (1984) is another good one). But of all the films from that era that I can think of off-hand, BTTF has aged the best. It doesn't have a bad moment. The science fiction is inventive and it has a real emotional core.

    The sequels sucked.
