    Hm...

    Salad , PB2 and my lifelong "medical food" which is a medicated protein powder.


    I suppose #3 is the most important, because without it i wouldn't be alive today...so yeah...

    Me...Its a toss up between chicken & eggs...protein has been my friend...

    other than that water....(Yes I know water is a per say food but you have to get it in)...

    Do you lose weight? I'm not being a smartass, just curious. It's good for you, but in small quantities because it's somewhat high in fat & calories for only 2 tablespoons. I use PB2 now because it's so low in fat and a lot less calories.

    oat bran and greek yogurt. I work nights, and non fat yogurt and oatmeal/gran at the end of night get me through.

    Unsweetened almond milk. I still don't know how I existed this long without it.

    Black Rice! I'm Asian so this is a godsend...I can't NOT eat rice, but replacing white rice with black rice has instantly relieved my calories. Instead of eating close to 400 calories just from white rice in ONE meal, it's now like 80 calories. Big difference.


    I'm 1/2 Asian and ate white rice pretty much everyday growing up...but what is black rice? I'm excited about the calorie difference because even as an adult I still want to consume a lot of rice

    Coffee! But really, vanilla yogurt with raspberries & blueberries, and honey bunches of oats cereal on top.
  • Apples, oatmeal and soya milk are staples for me! I have them near enough every day.

    Other popular foods in my diary...carrots/yoghurt/raisins/almonds/prawns/lentils/spinach/bananas

    Nuts! I snack on different kinds of nuts everyday. I also seem to eat more spinach than popeye.

    I'm a HUGE peanut butter fan. And lose weight fine. However most of the time i eat in before hardcore workouts....so in the morn before i meet with trainer and will make a pbb shake...or lunch after I havent eaten a large breakfast or anything... however ALWAYS only the 2tbsp

    -fruits & veggies (cabbage being the most daily used of all! :noway: i just noticed it now looking through my most used items on the food diary :laugh: )
